Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. This position involves operating a company delivery truck, delivering products to stores, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Day in the Life

Drivers are responsible for unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. The role requires maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff, tracking inventory, and completing route paperwork. Drivers must follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores.

Safety and Compliance

This role requires safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. Drivers must load and unload product while adhering to all company safety policies and delivery procedures.
