About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products, ensuring that our shelves are stocked, fresh, and visually appealing. You will be responsible for building strong, positive relationships with store managers and staff while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with safely operating a delivery truck and loading product according to company procedures. Upon arrival at assigned stores, you will unload merchandise and stock shelves and displays, carefully rotating product to ensure freshness and meet merchandising standards. You will also build promotional displays and track inventory to keep stores properly stocked. Throughout the day, you will complete necessary route paperwork and adhere to all company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable. Your goal is to meet delivery and stocking deadlines while fostering professional relationships with our retail partners.
