About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you will deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along with convenience and retail locations on an assigned route.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck to deliver products to stores. You will be responsible for unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. Maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff is key, as you will also be tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

This role requires safely operating a delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable, loading and unloading product, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores.
