About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking dedicated to connecting customers with their favorite local restaurants through a seamless delivery experience. As a Delivery Driver, you play a vital role in this mission by ensuring food orders are picked up from local restaurants and delivered safely and on time to customers. You will use the Uber Eats Driver app to accept delivery requests, navigate to restaurants, pick up food orders, and deliver orders to customers. Your role is essential in providing good customer service and ensuring orders are delivered in a timely manner.

How You Work

You have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work as much or as little as you want. You can work part-time or full-time, full-time, or during specific hours such as lunch, dinner, late night, or weekend hours when delivery demand is highest. You are an independent contractor, meaning you have the autonomy to manage your own workflow while adhering to traffic laws, food handling guidelines, and delivery procedures. You are responsible for following delivery instructions and communicating through the app when needed.

What You Need

To get started, you must provide your own vehicle, bike, or scooter, or scooter, along with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a smartphone to use the Uber Eats Driver app. You must be able to navigate to restaurants and follow all safety and legal requirements while working.
