Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

Position Overview

Frito-Lay is currently seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products across grocery stores, convenience stores, and various retail locations on an assigned route. This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. Additionally, there are significant opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product display quality.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product availability and brand presence at customer locations. Your daily duties include:

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a company delivery truck while adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.

• Delivery and Stocking: Deliver products to assigned stores, unload merchandise, and stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards.

• Inventory Management: Rotate product to ensure freshness and track inventory levels to maintain proper stock.

• Merchandising: Build promotional displays and ensure stores are properly stocked to maximize product visibility and sales.

• Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary route paperwork and ensure timely delivery and stocking deadlines are met.

• Customer Relations: Maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff to foster strong business partnerships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to safely operate a delivery truck and follow all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

• Capability to load and unload product efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail regarding delivery procedures and merchandising standards.

• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and store management.
