Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver - $28-$36/hr

Role Overview

Frito-Lay is currently recruiting Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to manage assigned routes. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products across various retail environments, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and other retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

As a driver, you will operate a company-provided delivery truck and ensure timely delivery and stocking of products. Your daily duties include:

• Product Delivery and Stocking: Unload products and stock shelves and displays at assigned stores.

• Inventory Management: Rotate product to guarantee freshness and track inventory levels.

• Merchandising: Build promotional displays and ensure all stores are stocked in accordance with company merchandising standards.

• Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary route paperwork.

• Customer Relations: Maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff.

• Safety and Compliance: Safely operate the delivery truck, adhere to DOT regulations where applicable, and follow all company safety policies and delivery procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, which is typically equivalent to an hourly rate of $28 to $36. Compensation may increase through:
