About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy being on the road, interacting with customers, and ensuring that our products are fresh and well-presented.

Day in the Life

As a driver, you will operate a company delivery truck, delivering products to stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays. You will be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. Your day also involves tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Safety and Compliance

This role requires safely operating a delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable, loading and unloading product, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. Drivers must follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while maintaining a professional relationship with customers and store managers.
