About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations, ensuring our products are fresh, well-stocked, and prominently displayed. You will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products along an assigned route, managing the entire process from loading and unloading to merchandising and inventory tracking.

This position is more than just driving; it is about building positive relationships with store managers and staff while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. You will be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and completing necessary route paperwork. Your efforts directly contribute to customer satisfaction and sales growth through effective merchandising and reliable service.
