About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking dedicated to connecting customers with their favorite local restaurants through a seamless delivery experience. As a Delivery Driver, you play a vital role in this mission by picking up and delivering food orders from local restaurants to customers. You will use the Uber Eats Driver app to accept delivery requests, navigate to restaurants, pick up food orders, and deliver orders to customers. Your role is essential in ensuring that orders are delivered safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.

How You Work

This position offers significant flexibility, allowing you to choose your own schedule and work as much or as little as you want. You can work part-time or full-time, full-time, or during specific hours such as lunch, dinner, late night, or weekends, or peak meal times when delivery demand is highest. You are an independent contractor, meaning you have the autonomy to manage your own workflow while adhering to traffic laws, food handling guidelines, and delivery procedures.

What You Need to Bring

To get started, you must provide your own vehicle, bike, or scooter, or smartphone. You must also possess a valid driver’s license and insurance. These tools are essential for using the Uber Eats Driver app to navigate to restaurants, and communicate with customers through the app when needed.
