Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations, ensuring our products are fresh, well-stocked, and prominently displayed on shelves and displays.

Day in the Life

As a Driver, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products to assigned stores. Your day involves unloading product, stocking shelves, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. You will also build promotional displays and maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff. Additionally, you will track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure all stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is a top priority. You will be responsible for safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You must adhere to company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for your assigned stores.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. Compensation includes opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many drivers are eligible for route bonuses and sales incentives, especially for high-volume routes.
