About the Role

Amazon Flex Delivery Drivers play a vital role in the customer experience by ensuring packages reach homes and businesses on time. Using your own vehicle, you will pick up packages from an Amazon delivery station and deliver them to customers according to scheduled delivery blocks. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work on your own schedule while contributing to the seamless delivery of Amazon products.

Day in the Life

As an Amazon Flex Driver, your day begins by picking up packages from a designated Amazon delivery station. You will load the packages into your personal vehicle and use the Amazon Flex app to navigate your delivery route. Throughout the day, you will deliver packages to various locations, taking delivery confirmation photos as proof of successful delivery. While you work scheduled delivery blocks, you may also have the opportunity to accept additional blocks or be on-call for available delivery routes when demand is high, particularly during peak times, holidays, or high-demand periods, or holidays.
