Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. You will operate a company delivery truck, maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Day in the Life

Your day involves safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines, and tracking inventory. A key part of the role involves rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays to drive sales. You will also complete route paperwork and adhere to company safety policies and delivery procedures.

Beyond base pay, there are significant opportunities for additional earnings through overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays.
