Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay, delivering, stocking, and merchandising our products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working independently while maintaining strong relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day involves safely operating a company delivery truck to deliver products to assigned stores. Once on-site, you will unload and stock shelves and displays, ensuring that products are rotated to maintain freshness. You will also build promotional displays and track inventory to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. Completing route paperwork and adhering to delivery deadlines are key parts of your daily responsibilities.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is a top priority at Frito-Lay. Drivers are expected to follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures at all times. When applicable, you must adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Your ability to load and unload product safely and efficiently while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines is essential to the success of this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays between $60,000 and $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. In addition to base pay, there are opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many Frito-Lay drivers are eligible for route bonuses and sales incentives, particularly for high-volume routes.
