Job Description

About the Role

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated to delivering high-quality beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and business locations. As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you play a vital role in this mission by ensuring that products reach customers accurately and on time. This position involves more than just driving; it is about maintaining the integrity of the product and the customer experience from the warehouse to the shelf.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with verifying orders and preparing the company box truck or delivery vehicle. You will drive to assigned customer locations, where you will unload products using hand trucks and stock them in store backrooms, coolers, and shelves. A key part of your responsibility is maintaining product freshness by rotating older stock forward and building promotional displays to engage customers.

Throughout the day, you will use handheld devices to maintain delivery and inventory records. You are expected to follow all company delivery procedures, safety policies, and customer service standards. Your role requires a strong commitment to safety, including maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to all vehicle safety guidelines.

Growth and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays. We also provide company uniforms and opportunities for advancement into CDL Driver or Route Sales Representative roles. Depending on your location and route, you may also be eligible for overtime pay, route bonuses, holiday pay, and performance-based incentives.
