Amazon Flex Delivery Drivers play a vital role in the customer experience by ensuring packages reach homes and businesses on time. Using their own vehicle, drivers pick up packages from an Amazon delivery station and follow scheduled delivery routes using the Amazon Flex app. The role involves loading packages, delivering them to customers, and taking delivery confirmation photos to verify successful completion.
How It Works
Drivers work on a flexible schedule, selecting delivery blocks that fit their availability. While the core responsibility is completing scheduled blocks, drivers may also have the opportunity to accept additional blocks or stay on-call for available delivery routes when demand is high. This structure allows for adaptability during peak times, holidays, or periods of high delivery volume.
