Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck, ensuring timely delivery and proper stocking of shelves and displays while maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

As a driver, your day involves safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product, rotating items to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays according to company merchandising standards. You will also track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure all assigned stores are properly stocked. Throughout the day, you will maintain professional relationships with customers and store managers while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines.
