About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you play a vital role in this mission by ensuring food orders are picked up and delivered safely and on time. You will act as the face of Uber Eats, providing excellent customer service while navigating local neighborhoods to fulfill delivery requests.

How You'll Work

This role offers significant flexibility, allowing you to choose your own schedule and work as much or as little as you want. You can decide when to log into the Uber Eats Driver app to accept delivery requests, making it easy to balance work with other commitments. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time hours, you have the autonomy to determine your availability during lunch, dinner, late night, or weekend hours based on delivery demand.

What You'll Need

To get started, you must be an independent contractor with the necessary resources to perform your duties. This includes providing your own vehicle, bike, or scooter, or scooter, along with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a smartphone, and appropriate insurance. You are expected to follow all traffic laws, food handling guidelines, and specific delivery procedures, and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers and restaurant staff.
