About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products across grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. Your work ensures that our products are fresh, well-presented, and readily available to consumers.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing your route and ensuring your vehicle is ready for safe operation. You will deliver products to assigned stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays with care and efficiency. Once on-site, you will merchandise products according to company standards, rotating stock to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that attract customers. You will also maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff, track inventory, and complete necessary route paperwork to ensure accuracy.
