Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. This position involves operating a company delivery truck, delivering products to stores, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Day in the Life

As a Driver, you will be responsible for unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. You will also track inventory, complete route paperwork, and meet delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. A key part of the role is maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff while following company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures.

Safety and Compliance

Drivers must safely operate a delivery truck and follow DOT regulations when applicable. The role requires loading and unloading product while adhering to all company safety policies and delivery procedures.

Compensation and Benefits Overview

This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. Compensation includes opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many Frito-Lay drivers are eligible for route bonuses, sales incentives, and overtime opportunities, especially for high-volume routes.
