Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products along an assigned route. Your work ensures that customers have access to fresh, high-quality snacks and that our products are presented attractively on shelves and displays.

Day in the Life

As a driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of a delivery truck while adhering to DOT regulations and company safety policies. Your day involves loading and unloading product, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. You will rotate product to ensure freshness, build promotional displays, and track inventory to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. Completing route paperwork and following specific delivery procedures are key parts of your daily routine.
