About the Role

Amazon Flex Delivery Drivers play a vital role in the customer experience by ensuring packages reach homes and businesses on time. Using their own vehicle, drivers pick up packages from an Amazon delivery station and Amazon delivery station, load them securely, and follow optimized routes using the Amazon Flex app. Flex app to complete deliveries. The role involves taking delivery confirmation photos to verify successful drop-offs and maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the day.

How It Works

Drivers operate on a flexible schedule, selecting delivery blocks that fit their availability. While the core responsibility is completing scheduled blocks, there are opportunities to accept additional blocks or remain blocks or stay on-call for available delivery routes when demand is high. This structure routes during periods of high demand. This structure allows drivers to manage their time while contributing to the efficiency of the delivery network.
