Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working independently while maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

As a Driver, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products to assigned stores. Your day involves unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. You will also be responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. Throughout the day, you will follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is a core priority. Drivers must safely operate a delivery truck, follow DOT regulations when applicable, and adhere to all company safety policies. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product while maintaining a professional relationship with customers and store managers.
