Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products, ensuring that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction by maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring product freshness and availability.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day involves safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines, and completing route paperwork. Once at the store, you will stock shelves and displays, rotate product to ensure freshness, and build promotional displays. Throughout your route, you will track inventory and adhere to company safety policies and merchandising standards.
