About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working independently while maintaining strong relationships with store managers and staff.
Day in the Life
As a Delivery Driver, your day involves safely operating a company delivery truck to deliver products to assigned stores. You will be responsible for unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. A key part of your role is building promotional displays and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will also track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines while adhering to company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable.
