About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck, ensuring products are delivered on time and stocked according to company merchandising standards.
Day in the Life
Your day involves safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product, rotating items to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. Beyond logistics, you will maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff, track inventory, and complete necessary route paperwork. This role requires meeting delivery and stocking deadlines while adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
