Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our products and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a mix of driving, physical activity, and customer interaction. You will load and unload product, ensuring that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. This includes rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays. You will also track inventory and complete route paperwork, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is paramount in this role. You will be expected to safely operate a delivery truck and follow DOT regulations when applicable. Adhering to company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures is essential to maintaining a professional relationship with customers and store managers.
