About the Role
Uber Eats is seeking dedicated to connecting customers with their favorite local restaurants through a seamless delivery experience. As a Delivery Driver, you play a vital role in this mission by picking up and delivering food orders from local restaurants to customers. You are the face of the service, ensuring that orders arrive safely, on time, and with excellent customer service.
How You Work
You have the freedom to design your own schedule, working as much or as little as you little as you want. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time hours, you can choose when to work based on your availability and demand. Delivery opportunities are available during lunch, dinner, late night, and weekend hours, allowing you to maximize earnings during peak times.
What You'll Do
Using the Uber Eats Driver app, you will accept delivery requests, navigate to restaurants, pick up food orders, and deliver them to customers, and follow specific delivery instructions. You will communicate through the app when needed and ensure that orders are delivered in a timely manner. Your role requires strict adherence to traffic laws, food handling guidelines, and delivery procedures to work as an independent contractor, providing your own vehicle, driver’s license, insurance, and smartphone to use the Uber Eats Driver app.
