About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products across grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route.

Day in the Life

Your day involves more than just driving; you are responsible for the full lifecycle of product delivery and presentation. This includes unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and quality. You will also build promotional displays and maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff.

Operational Excellence

Success in this role requires strict adherence to company standards. You will track inventory, complete route paperwork, and ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. Safety is paramount; you must follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. When applicable, you will follow DOT regulations for safely operating the delivery truck. Maintaining a professional relationship with customers and store managers is key to building lasting partnerships with our retail clients.
