Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations, ensuring our products are fresh, well-stocked, and prominently displayed on shelves and displays.

Day in the Life

As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company delivery truck to transport products to assigned stores. Your day involves unloading product, stocking shelves, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. You will also build promotional displays and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff. Throughout your route, you will track inventory, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure all stores meet company merchandising standards while adhering to delivery deadlines.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is a core value at Frito-Lay. Drivers are responsible for safely operating delivery trucks and following all applicable DOT regulations. You must strictly adhere to company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures to ensure a secure and professional work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays between $60,000 and $75,000 per year, equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. Compensation includes opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many drivers are eligible for additional route bonuses and sales incentives, particularly on high-volume routes.
