Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. You will operate a company delivery truck, load and unload product, and maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

Your day involves safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You will deliver products to assigned stores, meeting specific delivery and stocking deadlines. Once on-site, you will be responsible for unloading product, rotating items to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. You must adhere to company merchandising standards and complete all necessary route paperwork to track inventory accurately.
