Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

About the Role

Coca-Cola is seeking Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to deliver beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and business locations on an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy active, customer-facing work and take pride in accurate, timely service. Drivers serve as the face of the brand, ensuring that products are stocked, displayed, and maintained to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Day in the Life

As a Delivery Driver, your day begins with verifying orders and preparing for your assigned route. You will drive a company box truck or delivery vehicle to various customer locations, where you will unload products using hand trucks and stock shelves, coolers, and backrooms, and promotional displays. A key part of the role involves rotating older product forward to ensure freshness and building eye-catching displays that engage customers.

Throughout the day, you will maintain delivery and inventory records using handheld devices, often using handheld technology to track progress and complete paperwork. You are expected to follow company delivery procedures, safety policies, and customer service standards, safety guidelines, and customer service protocols to ensure every delivery is completed accurately and on time. This role requires physical activity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean driving record.
