Job Description
About the Role
Coca-Cola is seeking Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to deliver beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and business locations on an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy active, customer-facing work and take pride in maintaining accurate and timely deliveries. Drivers serve as the face of the company, ensuring that customer locations are well-stocked and that product displays are attractive and compliant with brand standards.
Day in the Life
As a Delivery Driver, your day begins with verifying orders and preparing for your assigned route. You will drive a company box truck or delivery vehicle to various customer locations, where you will unload products using hand trucks. Once on-site, you will stock products in store backrooms, coolers, and shelves, ensuring that older product is rotated forward to maintain freshness. A key part of the role involves building promotional displays and stocking coolers to maximize product visibility and sales.
Throughout the day, you will use handheld devices to maintain delivery and inventory records, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. You will interact regularly with store managers and staff, providing excellent customer service while adhering to company delivery procedures and safety policies. The role requires physical activity, including lifting and stocking, as well as careful attention to detail in record-keeping and product handling.
Company Culture and Growth
Coca-Cola fosters a culture of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. We value drivers who maintain a clean driving record and follow all company vehicle safety guidelines. This role offers opportunities for advancement into CDL Driver or Route Sales Representative roles, providing a clear path for career growth within the organization. We are committed to supporting our employees with comprehensive benefits and incentives, recognizing the hard work and dedication required to keep our routes running smoothly.
