Job Description
About the Role
Coca-Cola is seeking Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to play a vital role in our supply chain by delivering beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and business locations on assigned routes. This position is designed for individuals who take pride in accurate, timely deliveries and exceptional customer service.
Day in the Life
As a Delivery Driver, your day involves driving a company box truck or delivery vehicle to various customer locations. You will be responsible for verifying orders before delivery and managing the physical aspects of the job, including loading and unloading products using hand trucks. Once at the customer site, you will stock products in store backrooms, coolers, and shelves, ensuring that older product is rotated forward to maintain freshness. You will also build promotional displays and complete delivery paperwork or update inventory records using handheld devices.
Throughout your shift, you must adhere to company delivery procedures, safety policies, and customer service standards. Maintaining a clean driving record and following all company vehicle safety guidelines are essential to ensuring the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the public.
Career Growth and Benefits
This position offers a competitive pay range of $20 to $27 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, route bonuses, holiday pay, and performance-based incentives, depending on location and route. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, and company uniforms.
Coca-Cola is committed to employee development and offers opportunities for advancement into CDL Driver or Route Sales Representative roles. Some routes may also offer additional performance and safety bonuses.
