Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products, ensuring that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Day in the Life

As a Driver, your day involves more than just driving. You will be responsible for unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, and building promotional displays. You will also maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff, tracking inventory and completing route paperwork to ensure accurate delivery and stocking deadlines are met.
