Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. This position is more than just driving; it involves building positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff while maintaining the freshness and availability of Frito-Lay products for customers.

Day in the Life

As a driver, you will operate a company delivery truck safely and efficiently, adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Your day will involve loading and unloading product, meeting strict delivery and stocking deadlines, and tracking inventory to ensure stores are properly stocked. You will also be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness, completing necessary route paperwork, and building promotional displays that meet company merchandising standards.
