About the Role
Coca-Cola is seeking Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to deliver beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and business locations on an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy being on the road and providing excellent customer service. Drivers are responsible for ensuring that products are delivered accurately and on time, following company delivery procedures, safety policies, and customer service standards.
Day in the Life
As a Delivery Driver, your day involves driving a company box truck or delivery vehicle to customer locations. You will be responsible for loading and unloading products, stocking shelves and coolers, rotating product, and completing delivery paperwork. You will verify orders before delivery, unloading products using hand trucks, stocking products in store backrooms, coolers, and shelves, rotating older product forward, building promotional displays, and maintaining delivery and inventory records using handheld devices.

Requirements

This position typically pays $20 to $27 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, route bonuses, holiday pay, and performance-based incentives depending on location and route. Some routes may also offer performance bonuses, safety bonuses, and overtime opportunities.
