Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and various retail locations, including grocery stores and convenience stores. Your work ensures that our products are fresh, well-presented, and readily available to consumers on assigned routes.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with preparing your delivery truck and reviewing your route. You will travel to assigned stores, where you will unload products and stock shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards. Aising standards. A key part of your responsibility is rotating product to ensure freshness and maintaining the highest quality for our customers. You will also build promotional displays to drive engagement and sales.

Beyond stocking, you will maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff, staff, and customers. You are responsible for tracking inventory, completing necessary for your route and completing all required paperwork. Throughout the day, you must adhere to company safety policies, merchandising guidelines, and delivery procedures, ensuring that all delivery and stocking deadlines are met efficiently and safely.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is paramount in this role. You will be responsible for the safe operation of a delivery truck and must follow all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. This includes proper loading and unloading techniques and strict adherence to company safety protocols to protect yourself, your colleagues, and the public.
