Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver - $28-$36/hr

Frito-Lay is currently recruiting Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to manage assigned routes. In this role, you will deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products across various retail environments, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and other retail locations.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company-provided delivery truck to transport products to designated stores. Your daily duties include:

• Delivery and Stocking: Unloading product and stocking shelves and displays according to company merchandising standards.

• Product Management: Rotating inventory to ensure product freshness and building promotional displays.

• Inventory and Compliance: Tracking inventory levels, completing necessary route paperwork, and ensuring all stores are properly stocked.

• Safety and Regulations: Safely operating delivery vehicles, adhering to DOT regulations where applicable, and following all company safety policies and delivery procedures.

• Customer Relations: Maintaining professional and positive relationships with store managers and staff while meeting strict delivery and stocking deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, which is typically equivalent to an hourly rate of $28 to $36. Compensation may increase based on overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives tied to sales volume and product display metrics.
