Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will operate a company delivery truck to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products along an assigned route. Your work ensures that customers have access to fresh products and that our stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Day in the Life

As a driver, your day involves safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines, and rotating product to ensure freshness. A key part of the role involves building promotional displays and maintaining positive, professional relationships with store managers and staff. You will also track inventory and complete necessary route paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
