Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives serve as the vital link between our brand and our customers. In this role, you are responsible for delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. This position is more than just driving; it is about maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff while ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with safely operating a company delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable. You will load and unload product, ensuring timely delivery and stocking deadlines for your assigned stores. Once on-site, you will stock shelves and displays, rotate product to ensure freshness, and build promotional displays. You will also track inventory and complete route paperwork to maintain accurate records.

Throughout the day, you will interact with store managers and staff, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. You will adhere to all company safety policies and merchandising standards, ensuring that every store visit reflects the high quality and service Frito-Lay is known for.
