About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to serve as the face of our brand at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, ensuring that our products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised to the highest standards. You will operate a company delivery truck, interact directly with store managers and staff, and maintain positive relationships within the communities you serve.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with safely operating a delivery truck to visit assigned stores. You will be responsible for unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness. A key part of your role involves building promotional displays and tracking inventory to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will also complete necessary route paperwork and adhere to all company safety policies and DOT regulations when applicable. Throughout the day, you will work to meet delivery and stocking deadlines while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and store partners.
