Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay, delivering, stocking, and merchandising our products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck, ensuring that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards while maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

As a driver, your day involves safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You will be responsible for loading and unloading product, meeting delivery and stocking deadlines, and tracking inventory. Once at the store, you will stock shelves and displays, rotate product to ensure freshness, and build promotional displays. You will also complete route paperwork and adhere to company safety policies and delivery procedures throughout your shift.
