About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations across your assigned route. You will deliver, stock, and merchandise our products, ensuring that our brands are fresh, visible, and appealing to customers.
This position is more than just driving; it involves building positive relationships with store managers and staff, maintaining professional interactions, and ensuring that stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will play a key role in the customer experience by rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays that drive sales.
