About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations, ensuring our products are fresh, well-stocked, and prominently displayed. You will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products along an assigned route, managing the entire process from unloading and stocking shelves to building promotional displays and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff.

As a Driver, you play a critical role in the customer experience by ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. You will track inventory, complete route paperwork, and rotate product to ensure freshness. Your ability to safely operate a delivery truck, follow DOT regulations, and meet delivery and stocking deadlines while adhering to company safety policies and procedures is essential to our success. By maintaining professional relationships with customers and store managers, you help drive sales volume and product display performance.
