Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Frito-Lay at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations across your assigned route. You will operate a company delivery truck to deliver products, ensuring that stores are properly stocked and that customers have access to the snacks they love.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with loading and unloading product, followed by a route of deliveries to various retail locations. Once on-site, you will stock shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness and building promotional displays to drive sales. You will maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff, tracking inventory and completing necessary route paperwork to ensure accuracy. Throughout the day, you will follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while adhering to DOT regulations when applicable.
