About the Role

Amazon Flex Delivery Drivers play a vital role in the customer experience by ensuring packages reach homes and businesses on time. Using their own vehicle, drivers pick up packages from an Amazon delivery station and Amazon delivery station, load them securely, and follow optimized routes via the Amazon Flex app. The role involves delivering packages directly to customers and capturing delivery confirmation photos to verify successful completion.

How It Works

Drivers operate on a flexible schedule, selecting delivery blocks that fit their availability. While the core responsibility is completing scheduled blocks, drivers may also have the opportunity to accept additional blocks or remain on-call for available delivery routes when demand is high.
