About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives play a vital role in keeping grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations stocked with popular snack products. This position is more than just driving; it involves delivering, stocking, and merchandising Frito-Lay products on an assigned route. Drivers are the company provides.

Day in the Life

As a driver, you will operate a company delivery truck to transport products to your assigned stores. Your day involves unloading product, stocking shelves and displays, and rotating product to ensure freshness. You will also build promotional displays and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff. Additionally, you will track inventory and complete route paperwork to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is a core value at Frito-Lay. Drivers are responsible for safely operating a delivery truck and following DOT regulations when applicable. You must adhere to company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores.
