Frito-Lay North America Delivery Driver

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers and Route Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of Frito-Lay, delivering, stocking, and merchandising our products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations along an assigned route. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working independently while maintaining strong relationships with store managers and staff.

Day in the Life

As a Frito-Lay Driver, your day involves safely operating a company delivery truck to deliver products to your assigned stores. Once on-site, you will unload and stock shelves and displays, ensuring that products are rotated to maintain freshness. You will also build promotional displays and track inventory to ensure stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. Completing route paperwork and adhering to delivery deadlines are key parts of your daily routine.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is a top priority. Drivers are responsible for following DOT regulations when applicable, adhering to company safety policies, and maintaining professional relationships with customers. You will ensure that all delivery and stocking procedures are followed precisely to maintain the high standards Frito-Lay is known for.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour. In addition to base pay, there are opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays. Many Frito-Lay drivers are eligible for route bonuses and sales incentives, especially for high-volume routes.
