About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking dedicated to connecting people with the food they love. As a Delivery Driver, you play a vital role in this mission by picking up and delivering food orders from local restaurants directly to customers. You will use the Uber Eats Driver app to accept delivery requests, navigate to restaurants, pick up food orders, and ensure orders are delivered safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.

How You Work

You have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work as much or as little as you want. Whether you prefer part-time or full-time hours, you can work during lunch, dinner, late night, or weekend hours when delivery demand is highest. This independence allows you to balance your life while earning competitive pay. On average, drivers earn $15 to $25 per hour, including base pay, promotions, and customer tips, with higher earnings possible during peak meal times and busy delivery periods.

What You Need

As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing your own vehicle, driver’s license, insurance, and smartphone to use the Uber Eats Driver app. You must follow traffic laws, food handling guidelines, and delivery procedures while working. Your role requires you to follow delivery instructions, communicate through the app when needed, and ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.
