Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Coca-Cola is seeking Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to deliver beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and business locations on an assigned route. This role is essential to maintaining product availability and customer satisfaction across assigned territories. Drivers serve as the face of the company, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries while upholding high standards of customer service and safety.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the complete delivery process, from verifying orders to final placement. This includes loading and unloading products using hand trucks, stocking items like hand trucks, delivering products to customer locations, and from customer locations, and stocking shelves and coolers. You will also be responsible for rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and completing all necessary delivery and inventory paperwork using handheld devices.

Drivers must strictly follow company delivery procedures, safety policies, and customer service standards. This position typically pays $20 to $27 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, route bonuses, holiday pay, and performance-based incentives depending on location and route.
